IARC – UNICART International Academic Research Center is an academic research center that aims to identify, interpret and anticipate changes using the tools of scientific research and teaching.

Project Sigma is a newly formed non-profit organization, registered in the State of Florida with all required certifications and in the process of acquiring our 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.

Project Sigma was founded with the intent to impact our planet through global operations on land and sea and is committed to doing its part to make this world a better place.
